De Licacy was founded in 1982. We started as an OEM supplier and now focus on research and development with its creative product collection acclaimed by our customers. 1984Operation was fully streamlined by adding preparation-stage equipment,including warping and sizing machines.
1987Bought rapier type shuttleless looms and dyeing machines, and officially entered into weaving and dyeing of staple yarns.
